Sharon’s Cafe

Saturdays and Sundays often find me at Sharon’s Cafe for brunch. Sharon’s is an established neighborhood gathering place that serves warm hospitality and generous portions of homestyle food. A family-owned business, staff members learn your name and welcome you like family every single time. It is a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy a weekend meal, whether you go with family, friends, or by yourself. Popular as Sharon’s is, you likely will run into someone you know and spontaneously spend time catching up.

My three favorite menu items are the veggie omelet, the Greek omelet, and the French toast. However, today I tried the salmon and swiss omelet from the specials menu. I requested that they add spinach to the omelet, and I chose sweet potato home fries and wheat toast as the sides. For breakfasts that come with potatoes, customers can choose from home fries, sweet potato home fries, shredded potatoes, or tater tots — all of which are wonderful. I most frequently opt for the sweet potatoes because I love them. This morning’s breakfast was a welcome change from routine, and the omelet was filled with ample amounts of salmon and spinach, both of which are flavors I enjoy. In addition to serving fantastic food, servers keep the coffee flowing, and your cup is always full. I left very satisfied. I would expect nothing less from my favorite weekend brunch spot.

It is a given that another weekend will find me at Sharon’s again. Will I see you there, too?

Sharon’s Cafe is open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. seven days a week. Weekends get busy, so if you can arrive before 10:00 a.m., you will avoid a wait. Patio dining is available in warmer months.
